Sophie Duncan

Sophie Duncan is an award winning choreographer, dancer, director and pole / aerial specialist working in the UK and Internationally, predominantly in Circus and Theatre. She’s also the creator of the Public Showering Podcast - designed specifically to help shape pole dancers creativity and choreography!


Previously she has performed with Cirque Du Soleil and Franco Dragone’s The House Of Dancing Water. She has also performed in Europe, including Pop Circus, (The Roundhouse, London), Gynoïdes (Orionteatern, Stockholm), and is currently performing Aerial Pole in Florentina Holzingers ‘Ophelias Got Talent’

She frequently works with Romanian Director Horia Suru, of whom she has 7 shows with. Their 2016 show, COLUMBINUS won Best Show at The National Theatre Bucharest’s Teen Theatre Festival.


She began pole in 2017, while in Macau, and has since won 7 titles:

Lisette Krol

Lisette Krol

Lisette Krol is an international Pole and Aerial artist and athlete, originally from Venezuela who is currently based in Ireland. 

She is a three-time World Doubles Pole Champion and an Ireland and UK Soloist Champion. She has also won many international titles and Virgin Media TV The Big Deal 

Lisette is not only a champion performer and athlete she is also the founder, owner and lead instructor at Tribe Fitness Dance Studio in Dublin. 

From a young age, Lisette was a competitive swimmer and loved sports. This passion for sports, dance and the arts led to her discovering Pole Art, Aerial Art and Acro, though she did not know at the time how this love would change her life and become her career. 

Lisette believes in female empowerment. She strives to inspire others to embrace their bodies and love themselves. She is proud of her studio and its students, who see Tribe as a welcoming, inclusive community to which they all belong. 

She studied Marketing & Fitness at university and is dedicated to furthering her studies, researching and learning about her sport and her art every day.

Nathan Geering

Nathan Geering is an Artistic Director, Consultant and Accessibility Innovator. He is the founder of the Rationale Method of accessibility and runs a registered charity called Rationale Arts that innovates Hip-Hop elements to enhance healthcare in both Medical and Educational settings. He is an internationally renowned performer and has performed in venues across the world. In addition to this Nathan is a published author, multi-award winning film maker, TEDx speaker and has worked with the likes of Marvel, The Royal Opera House, Women's Euros and the BBC. In addition Nathan was the Artistic Director of the Special Olympics Opening Ceremony in 2017. It was at this Opening ceremony that Nathan helped the pole community make history by giving the artform the platform to have Olympic involvement by featuring pole at the Opening Ceremony. 


Nathan is also known throughout the flow arts community as the innovator a new movement style called Break-Flow (or B-Flow). This unique style combines the explosive dynamics of Breakin with the fluid movements found within Flow Arts. When Breakin is further combined with Fire Arts the art form becomes Fire-Breakin. Within the fire spinning community Nathan is breaking new ground with his unique art form and is truly pushing the boundaries of what can be achieved with fire eating and fire spinning - he is breaking all the rules and literally turning fire fire spinning on its head. 


A seasoned martial artist, Nathan incorporates the philosophies of martial arts into his Break-Flow practice to help produce a balanced body mind and spirit in all he does. He utilises his degree in psychology and has collaborated with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist to treat depression, anxiety and PTSD through hiphop and flow arts. This technique is underpinned by Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques into the practitioner's artistic outlet. This unique system is known as ACTS of Creativity. 


Nathan is passionate about helping people realise their full potential. He continually strives to push the boundaries of what is possible when creative energy is truly harnessed to help make the world a better place.

Hello beautiful people, my name is Jessica Deebank, I have been Pole Dancing for 7 years and what an adventure it has been! 


Not only because I had the pleasure of meeting the best people at Pure-Studios in Hereford. I have also loved all the amazing opportunities that have come with it! 


My favourite aspect of Pole Dancing is of course the gooey, slinky side, I absolutely adore a headstand!

Stacey Snedden

Stacey is the original founder of Pole Art UK with Lorna. She has been in the industry since 2004 – she has worked for XPOLE International for over 18 years and is the head of training worldwide for XPERT Pole & Aerial Teacher Training, the world’s largest Pole & Aerial Teacher Training programme.
Stacey is the organiser and co-owner of Pole Theatre UK, Exotic Generation UK and Elite Pole Championships. The owner of Herts Dance & Fitness and studio manager at XPOLE Academy.
She is a qualified fitness instructor and certified pole and aerial instructor, her love is low flow pole but can also appreciate the trick side of pole.
In 2014 Stacey won the Miss Pole Dance UK Ambassador award, 2016 won The International Fitness Showcase Health & Fitness Manager. In 2018 she won IPC Industry Person.
In 2022 Stacey decided to hit the stage an compete at BPIC and came 2nd in the low flow category.
